The 10 BAM® Advantages

Here are the 10 BAM® advantages to enable you to dance your tango consciously and with pleasure for yourself and your partner.

  1. Connect to your partner so that you function as a single mechanism.
  2. Acquire a comfortable and elegant posture, able to adapt to different situations that arise when dancing.
  3. Maintain an available embrace to be able to execute any move using the right muscular tension.
  4. Relax the legs, particularly to do boleos and ganchos.
  5. Always feel anchored to the ground to remain stable for every step.
  6. Execute spiral movements whilst respecting the natural rhythm of the spine, without forcing the movement.
